Finley & Co. Italian Pizzeria is a mobile pizzeria specializing in handcrafted, gourmet-style pizzas and select menu items for private events, weddings, catering engagements, and public vendor events. We operate as a pop-up and catering service, with plans for future expansion.
No. We operate from a professional pop-up setup, typically under a 10’ x 10’ vendor tent or event-approved service area. This allows us to adapt to a wide range of venues, from private residences to large festivals and wedding venues.
Our setup requires one dedicated 20-amp (20A) electrical circuit (standard NEMA 5-20 outlet).
Power must be dedicated to our equipment only
Extension cords must be commercial-grade if provided by the venue
If power is not available, please let us know in advance so alternative arrangements can be discussed
For most events, we provide our own portable handwashing station that meets health-department requirements.
Some larger events or venues may require access to potable water—this will be discussed during booking.
Our standard setup requires:
Minimum space: 10’ x 10’
Additional space may be requested for high-volume events or extended menus
A flat, level surface is required for safe operation

Yes. We offer tiered wedding packages (Small, Medium, and Large) based on guest count, service time, and menu options. Each package includes setup, service, and cleanup. Customizations are available upon request.
We recommend booking:
Weddings: 2–6 months in advance
Private events: 2–4 weeks in advance
Vendor events: As early as possible, depending on event deadlines
Last-minute bookings may be available depending on availability.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, depending on the service agreement.
Yes. Finley & Co. Italian Pizzeria is:
Properly registered as a business
Compliant with state and local health regulations
Fully insured for catering and event services
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Absolutely. While we offer a curated core menu, we can customize offerings based on:
Event type
Guest preferences

Custom menus may require additional notice.
Outdoor events are welcome. However:
Severe weather (high winds, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions) may require adjustments
The client or venue is responsible for providing a safe, weather-appropriate service area unless otherwise agreed upon
